Can We?

The contrast between nature and economic needs is evident, the last blade of grass VS. the urgency of one’s finances. A once beautiful tree, now= burning and falling to the earth as the spirit of nature rises skyward from the ashes. Or the imagery of a pristine summer pool contrasted by that of a three-eyed frog swimming in a chemicalized pond.

And the emotional sadness we never contemplate as an animal is separated from their young for commercial purposes. Our past and present actions define us, but the question remains: what will our future hold?
